The location had beautiful views from the mountains. I also thought the staff was lovely. The entertainment team was great. Food tasted amazing, and room service provided was good too.

I found the music to be loud and blaring all day. The wifi often cut out. It would happen every three minutes. I couldn't sit around the pool without earplugs.

Upon arrival, the bathroom had an awful sewage smell. The staff's hygiene standards need improvement, especially with hairs found in the food, a SIGNIFICANT issue. The shower had very low pressure, frustrating.

the location is up in the mountains, and it provided gorgeous views. the hairdressers inside the hotel were super friendly and experienced. i went for a brazilian blow-dry (it turned out amazing!).

i found that the staff were disinterested at best. i booked a quadruple room, but we got a standard room with two sofa beds, not actual beds. the room seemed less than half the size it should have been.
